Unless you were actually agreeing, and then the intonation (enthusiastic) would make that clear. It would be disingenuous, not sarcastic, to fake that!

And you are right, sarcasm can be funny, but it is always seen as a derision of some sort, which by its nature is not nice : ). 

Hmm, I can go on a bit, too!
